In just 2 years, Givelink became a mainstream way Greeks support social causes. Our vision became global. Last year we brought it to the US, and we're picking up speed.

Is our partnership free?

Yes. Givelink is 100% free for nonprofits.

Then how do you make money?

We operate through two simple, donor & nonprofit-friendly channels:

Small optional tip

Donors can leave a voluntary tip at checkout to support our mission. Most platforms rely on mandatory fees. Ours is optional.

Supplier-side partnerships: Some suppliers offer us preferred pricing or small margins on products. This lets us keep the service free for nonprofits while ensuring stable inventory and fast fulfillment.

What is the effort required from our team?

Minimal. A 5min setup to confirm your details, shipping info and the items you want listed. After that, everything runs automatically. You only receive products ~biweekly, upload a photo in each delivery to inform your donors, and adjust your wishlist anytime.

Is there any commitment or contract?

No. No contracts, no fees, no minimums. If you are interested, just set up your profile & you are ready to receive in-kind donations! You can later pause, or adjust your wishlist anytime based on your needs.

Who are your current suppliers and what products do they offer?

We currently source through Amazon & Group Sales. We recently added Group Sales Inc., and we’re finalizing a partnership with DollarDays, which have the widest product range and very competitive pricing.

Together, these suppliers cover **virtually every category a nonprofit might need**, including food and groceries, hygiene and health products, cleaning supplies and tools, clothing and seasonal gear, toys and baby items, consumables, sports and outdoor items, pet food and care supplies, office supplies, tech accessories, and electronics.

If your nonprofit needs it, we can source it. Simply add the products you want to your wishlist, or tell us, and we’ll add them for you.

How can I browse available products?

You can view all available products in the “Needs” section of the platform. We’ve added product categories to help you navigate the product list more easily. Our supplier network already covers thousands of essential products, and we continue to integrate additional national distributors so nonprofits always get reliable availability and fast delivery.

What are your future plans for product sourcing?

We're expanding partnerships with the largest national wholesalers and retail chains to ensure nonprofits can access any essential product they need at the best possible price, with reliable product quality and fast fulfillment.

How do you protect donor and nonprofit data?

We take data security and privacy seriously. Donors accept our Privacy Policy before giving and can choose to remain anonymous by toggling off name and email sharing. Their data is only shared with the nonprofits they support and, when relevant, with other users as permitted.

Is my nonprofit's information public?

Nonprofit profiles are public by design, but any promotional use (e.g., social media) requires your approval. On the technical side, passwords are encrypted, payments are handled by trusted third-party providers, login via services like Google is supported, and users can delete their accounts or decline cookie use at any time. We're also finalizing a US-specific nonprofit privacy policy ahead of our launch.

Can I integrate Givelink with Salesforce?

Yes! We've identified this need and added it to our development backlog. At launch, you'll be able to download your complete donor list (including names and email addresses) for use with Salesforce or any other CRM platform you're using.

How can I maximize my nonprofit's visibility and donations through Givelink?

You can dramatically boost your nonprofit’s fundraising success by:

Our partner suppliers and supermarkets ensure the quality of donated products, following the same criteria and regulations they use for all orders and deliveries.

Why do I need to upload a photo when I receive donations?

Yes, uploading a photo upon receipt is necessary. This practice enhances transparency for donors in several important ways:

- It provides tangible evidence that the donation has been received and put to use, building trust between your organization and donors
- It creates an emotional connection for donors, helping them visualize their impact and fostering a deeper sense of satisfaction
- It demonstrates transparency and accountability, showing your commitment to using donations effectively
- It allows you to express gratitude to donors, especially through confirmation messages, strengthening relationships and encouraging future giving

How will I know when donations are being delivered?

You’ll receive updates directly by email, including live tracking links for every shipment. In most cases, suppliers also send delivery notifications automatically once items are on the way. Our team also monitors every order and keeps you informed to ensure nothing is missed.

Can I track deliveries?

Yes. You’ll see the supplier’s estimated delivery date and each order’s status directly in your “Deliveries” section.

Can I communicate with donors directly?

Yes. You can message donors individually in the Messages section to thank them or share updates.

How often is the list of needs updated?

The list of charities and their needs automatically updates every week. You can modify your needs anytime, and the changes will appear when the list refreshes.

How often will donations be shipped to my nonprofit?

We typically batch and ship donations every 2 weeks. This keeps deliveries organized for your team, reduces shipping costs, and avoids constant small packages.

That said, we're flexible. If you prefer specific delivery days or have higher donation volume, we can adjust the batching schedule to fit what works best for your operations.

Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping is already included in the product prices. Donors never pay extra shipping fees at checkout. They can optionally leave a small tip to support our work, but that's completely up to them.

Can I adjust the shipping frequency?

Yes, we can adjust the shipping schedule based on your preferences, urgent needs, or during campaign spikes. You can request your preferred delivery frequency when setting up your account.

What if we have an urgent need?

For urgent needs or emergencies, we can process immediate shipments (typically arriving in 3-5 business days). Just let us know through our WhatsApp group or email support.

What documentation is required for donations?

We only ask for a quick photo confirmation when products arrive. This closes the loop for donors and triggers their tax receipt automatically.

If you'd like, you can also send optional thank-you notes through the Messages section - totally up to you.

Do donors get tax-deductible receipts?

Yes. Donors automatically receive a tax-deductible receipt as soon as you upload the photo confirmation of the delivered products. Everything is fully automated, there's nothing extra your team needs to do.

How can I get help using the platform?

You can watch our instructional video featuring Panos that explains how to use the platform. You can also contact us directly through our agreed communication channels (WhatsApp group for immediate support) or by emailing panos@givelink.app.

Can I use Givelink for specific events or fundraising campaigns?

Yes, you can use Givelink for specific events or campaigns. You can promote your initiative by sharing information and photos, and communicate your specific needs to donors who can then contribute the products you need.

Can I request emergency donations?

Yes, you can use the 'Emergency' button to make special appeals to donors during urgent situations. This button will appear when there's a genuine emergency.

Does Givelink handle cash donations?

Currently, Givelink only facilitates product donations - this is what sets us apart from traditional donation platforms. When users want to donate money, our 'SmartPick' algorithm converts their monetary donation into the best possible combination of products based on your specific needs.

What is the long-term vision for Givelink?

We believe that donations should never feel like a black box. Every dollar should fund something real, specific, and trackable.
